Update since original post:

There will still be Trick or Treating and Apple bobbing but it will take place in one location, at the Rad Minds HQ.  The cauldrons will be set out for $10L so you can buy them and anyone who already purchased one will be refunded.  Only the main event items are in these vendors, single designer items will not be, but rather they will be set out on the land for 10L each.
